Directorate Officers

TPA has a unique, and uniquely effective, organizational structure.  Rather than a full time executive director (which most states have, and which we did have in the past), we utilize a Directorate structure (similar to APA's).  By having multiple part-time Directorate officers, it allows us to utilize the unique talents of multiple individuals in the association to perform the "mission-critical" tasks of the organization.  In other words, you get more bang for your buck.
